Our kits range from intermediate to expert level, typically requiring 8-40+ hours to complete. Most are designed for builders 14+ with some mechanical aptitude and patience for detailed assembly.

Most of our kits use standard building block connections and are compatible with major brands. However, we recommend checking individual product specifications as some specialized pieces may be unique to the manufacturer.

Motorized kits include all necessary motors and electronic components. Batteries and remote controls are typically included, but check the product description for specific requirements and any additional items needed.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Due to the size and weight of some kits, expedited shipping options may be limited but are available at checkout.

We inspect all kits before shipping, but if you discover missing or damaged pieces, contact us immediately. We'll send replacement parts at no charge and work directly with manufacturers when needed.

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Partially built kits can be returned if all pieces are accounted for, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

While we don't offer assembly services, our customer support team includes experienced builders who can help troubleshoot assembly issues. We also maintain a community forum for builder assistance.

All our kits include detailed instruction manuals with step-by-step diagrams. Most are available in multiple languages including English, and complex builds often include both printed and digital instructions.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. For large orders over $500, we also offer payment plans through Affirm.
